腾威利，男，1992年9月出生于河南省商丘市，中共党员，博士研究生，讲师。主要致力于导电聚合物、石墨烯、多孔碳等材料的制备和改性及其电化学储能性能的研究，已在Carbon、Chemical Engineering Journal、Journal of Colloid and Interface Science、Applied Surface Science等国际知名期刊上发表SCI收录论文10余篇，获授权国家发明专利3项。
